Fancy Nancy Ballerina is the fanciest ballerina to ever do a pirouette. Nancy, with her ironed on black with white eyes and...hot pink, orange and tan twisted yarn pigtails, has a gold metallic crown that is decorated with orange embroidery, stitched onto the front of her head. She is dressed as all ballerinas are in a leotard and a tulle tutu. But, unlike most ballerinas, Nancy's leotard is violet Lycra with thin violet spaghetti straps.
